3 Steps to Forgive ANYONE
- Feel all your emotions – Let them out
- Process them – Rage letter/Love letter
- Acceptance – Stop wishing it didn’t happen.
Forgiveness Challenge:
1. Write a Rage letter – Get it ALL out!!
2. Write a love letter to yourself – What DO you stand for?
Example:
“I stand for and believe in not being a victim”
“I stand for and believe in Karma”
“I stand for and believe in the power of forgiveness”
